Okay but not great
Used Prospect Insurance Services for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Prospect Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
