Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Prospect Financial & Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Lost my documents

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Prospect Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
