Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Prime Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Prime Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Great for bundling

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Prime Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
