Insurance made simple

Slow and unresponsive
Prime Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Prime Insurance Agency. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Prime Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
