Good service. They take good care of you.

I am a Canadian citizen and have been a Prima Insurance customer for several years. I currently have four vehicles insured with them and pay approximately $1,000 per year. However, my recent experience with their customer service has been simply unacceptable. I called to add my brother as a secondary driver on my insurance. After more than a month of back and forth, I am not only frustrated by the lack of responsiveness, but also shocked by a completely inappropriate and xenophobic comment from an employee. She implied that "people from elsewhere" are more likely to have accidents and leave. This kind of behavior is not only offensive but also unacceptable in a company that claims to offer professional service. It is disappointing to see that after years of loyalty to this company, I receive such service. Prima Insurance, you have lost my trust. I do not recommend this company, especially if you expect respectful and non-discriminatory service.

I give this insurance brokerage company a big Zero for it’s customer service! The agent I dealt with was never able to speak on the phone. Unable to reach him except by email and even then! I do not recommend the company!
