Reliable broker
Been with Price Insurance Group for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Slow and unresponsive
Price Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Okay but not great
Used Price Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

The rates Price Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
