Okay but not great
Used Prestige Financial & Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Prestige Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Prestige Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Prestige Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Reliable broker
