Fair pricing
Prestige Assurances offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Prestige Assurances. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
Prestige Assurances was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
