Five stars all around
Switched to Premier Insurance Agency on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Room for improvement
Premier Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Premier Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
