Poor communication
My biggest issue with Powell Risk Management was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Made insurance easy

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Powell Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Five stars all around
Switched to Powell Risk Management on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Solid broker
Powell Risk Management is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Disappointing experience
