Lost my documents
Powell & Howard Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Powell & Howard Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
