Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Porter & Tucker Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Solid broker
Porter & Tucker Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Does the job
Porter & Tucker Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Nanaimo. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Porter & Tucker Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
