Multi-policy savings

Slow and unresponsive

Porter Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Great for home insurance

Bought our first home and Porter Insurance Group walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with Porter Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job

Porter Insurance Group helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Joliette. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Okay but not great

Used Porter Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow

The broker at Porter Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
