Helpful but slow
The broker at Platinum Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Platinum Insurance Group on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Platinum Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Lost my documents
Platinum Insurance Group lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Platinum Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
