Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Platinum Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Platinum Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Pretty good
