Reliable broker

Five stars all around
Switched to Platinum Financial & Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Platinum Financial & Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Okay but not great
