Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Plante Assurances. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Plante Assurances. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Plante Assurances was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
