Mixed feelings

I had mixed feelings about Pioneer Financial & Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Five stars all around

Switched to Pioneer Financial & Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Slow and unresponsive

Pioneer Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience

I was disappointed with Pioneer Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Pretty good

Pioneer Financial & Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with Pioneer Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better

The rates Pioneer Financial & Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Reliable broker

Been with Pioneer Financial & Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.
