Lost my documents

PineStar Financial & Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Helpful staff

The staff at PineStar Financial & Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Disappointing experience

Great for bundling

PineStar Financial & Insurance bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Used PineStar Financial & Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
