Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to PineMount Brokerage was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Slow and unresponsive
PineMount Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Does the job
PineMount Brokerage helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Fort McMurray. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Okay but not great
Used PineMount Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
