Helpful but slow
The broker at PineGlen Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from PineGlen Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Solid broker
PineGlen Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with PineGlen Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
