Average experience
My experience with Phoenix Insurance Group was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Phoenix Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Phoenix Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
