Good value
I appreciate that Phoenix Insurance Agency shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Phoenix Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
