Slow and unresponsive
Phillips Risk Management was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Phillips Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
