Exceptional claims handling
When I had a water damage claim, Phillips & MacNeil Insurance handled everything quickly and professionally. The claim was settled faster than I expected.

Room for improvement
Phillips & MacNeil Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good value
I appreciate that Phillips & MacNeil Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.
