Poor communication
My biggest issue with Phillips Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Family business feel

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Phillips Insurance Ltd. last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Phillips Insurance Ltd.. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Phillips Insurance Ltd. was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
