Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Perry & McKenzie Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Perry & McKenzie Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Room for improvement
Perry & McKenzie Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
