Helpful staff
The staff at Perron Services d'Assurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Perron Services d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Perron Services d'Assurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Does the job
Perron Services d'Assurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Magog. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
