Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Performance Assurances Inc.. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Performance Assurances Inc.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Performance Assurances Inc. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
