Does the job
Patterson & Co. Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Niagara Falls. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Patterson & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
