Slow and unresponsive
Patterson & Baldwin Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Solid broker
Patterson & Baldwin Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Patterson & Baldwin Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
