Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Parker Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Parker Insurance Group last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Parker Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Parker Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Parker Insurance Group. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Solid broker
Parker Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
