Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Park & Co. Insurance was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Room for improvement
Park & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Park & Co. Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
