Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Park & Co. Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Park & Co. Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Park & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Solid broker
Park & Co. Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
