Okay but not great
Used Park & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Amazing customer service

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Park & Associates Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Park & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
