Pretty good
Palmer Insurance Agency helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Slow and unresponsive
Palmer Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
