Slow and unresponsive
Palmer & Crawford Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Palmer & Crawford Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Palmer & Crawford Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Palmer & Crawford Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
