Quick and efficient

Lost my documents
Palmer & Co. Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Palmer & Co. Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Palmer & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
