Solid broker
Paladin Insurance Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Lost my documents
Paladin Insurance Solutions lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Paladin Insurance Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Paladin Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
