Decent service

Slow and unresponsive
PacificPort Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Does the job
PacificPort Insurance Brokers helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Leduc. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with PacificPort Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
