Slow and unresponsive
PacificGlen Insurance Advisors was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at PacificGlen Insurance Advisors was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Does the job
PacificGlen Insurance Advisors helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Rouyn-Noranda. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with PacificGlen Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
