Solid broker
PacificBrook Risk Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with PacificBrook Risk Solutions. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Could be better
The rates PacificBrook Risk Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Fair pricing
PacificBrook Risk Solutions offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Room for improvement
