Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Pacific Insurance Brokers. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Pacific Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Room for improvement
Pacific Insurance Brokers handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Great for bundling

Lost my documents
