Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Pacific Insurance Agency. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Pacific Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used Pacific Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Pacific Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
