My entire family and I have been getting insurance from Pacific Coast for the last 10 years and I can honestly say that there is no other office that provides this level of service. The staff is very professional and respond in a timely manner for all inquiries. They help you understand what you are buying in terms of coverage and keep explaining until you are completely satisfied with the policy. I highly recommend this office.

They were good for many years but seems have become a very busy place and short staffed. Have to follow up regularly and sometime get incorrect quote. Updating review again after 10 months: i am bumping up the rating as it seems things are improving on their end. Responses are faster and team is helpful

I am extremely disappointed with Pacific Coast Insurance Brokers Inc. Their response times are slow, and they failed to provide license plates or process a plate change on time. Despite multiple attempts, I faced only delays and inefficiencies. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Check out my other reviews – I rarely leave negative feedback. - I recommend everyone go to Accost insurance on 70th & King George.

Totally unprofessional, owner so rude with customers, so loud, it was my second visit, highly disappointed, they are more busy talking about their family issues, instead of advising customer, they did not even ask for choosing plate number, they just took one plate out and started doing doing insurance, not satisfied with unprofessional experience, I recommend to not to go to this place, again totally unprofessional, ohh yes I know you work according to your own expectations and don’t care about customers and that’s how you loose all customers one by one, good luck dude, keep on digging!👎
