Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Owen & Shaw Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Lost my documents

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Owen & Shaw Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
