Helpful staff
The staff at Owen Insurance Services were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Owen Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings

Slow and unresponsive
Owen Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
