New to the AREA and needed INSURANCE!! Asked the locals here and got a raving review for OUR INSURANCE GUY. Eric and his wife, Christina ; Amy at the office was a complete dream to talk with and pay my bill!! I had saved a good bit of money on this change which was a big happy surprise!!! I had been with another company for many years , during my own business dealings, so this was SUCH a good change!! Eric had worked during the evenings and even on weekends. DID NOT want him to work so hard but that is what he and his company did! They got every question answered! They got every detail covered! They saved us money! What a welcome!!! What a great experience!!! THE extra human touch was incredible and we had done so much over email!! That GOOD! Thanking AMY At the OFFICE for the wonderful reception !! VERY CONFIDENT that we made a great decision and finally moved this insurance to a provider that really really cared!!

I received an email last week letting my know my insurance company is no longer servicing Ontario. I had 1 week to find new insurance.... Eric was my first call and I am beyond impressed already!! I had a collision with a deer and everyone on the team I dealt with helped to relieve stress through the process. They were willing to answer questions in a timely manner. They checked in with me throughout the process to ensure everything was good. They were a wonderful team and I had no issues with them at all!

Super happy with my experience with Our Insurance Guy. I signed up a newly acquired car over and they made the whole process stupid easy. They explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I decided to move my partner's car over as well and they helped me figure out the best setup for each vehicle, and even found discounts I didn’t know I could get. What I liked most is they didn’t rush me or try to upsell anything — just straight answers and real help, and incredibly quick responses through email at any point throughout the day which was a huge plus due to my schedule. If you want an insurance broker who actually takes the time to help you out and doesn’t make things confusing, I recommend dropping them a line.
