I have an old muscle car which needed special insurance. Was quoted a reasonable price and obtained what I consider a respectable valuation of my vehicle.

Orbite insurance hard to get through on the phone as every broker companies (between 25' to 1h of waiting). They do call you back though if the person you had on the phone couldn't help you. D. Reis was our person of contact there and she was amazing. Clear and professional emails with all the information. We are foreigners that needed an insurance with a mailing address and she managed to get us a great deal with Intact. This insurance search has been a real rollercoaster! To the last minute we thought we wouldn't get our insurance policy before the weekend even though we had a saaq appoitment organized with the seller on the Saturday. Luckily it came through late afternoon on Friday and Dominique took the time to call us back to be able to finalize our insurance policy. Thanks again for your kindness and work.

Does anyone actually ever answer the phone or an email? Tried calling multiple times, sit on hold forever, call back option, ya right. Finally sent an email, no réponse, followed up 3 days later, radio silence. Here I sit 10 days later, still nothing. What a joke. I don't recommend them at all.
