It's a tremendous joy to see that these days, the Canadian spirit of service that has characterized it so much still exists. Congratulations to Miss ELLA for her attention and service. She also has a smile that can brighten anyone's day. Not all is lost, people.

Visited this location on 7/7/2025, and it was a smooth, quick, and organized process. Despite overhearing two "disruptively rude" clients who were verbally abusive and overtly racist, the staff were polite, respectful, informative, professional, and calm. I was in this office a total of 35 minutes. So, the advise I would give people is to remember, this is a government agency, prepare to wait, there are others going through the same process as you, READ the instructions online, come overly prepared with every documentation listed on the government site, and other documentation that will support that documentation, or other paper work you may use to support that may assist expedite the process. You may not need every piece of documentation you bring, but you have it there ... "just in case." Most importantly, be respectful, patient, and kind. Other clients, some with children who are waiting, need not hear your "drama, rants, and foul language." The staff are following their "work rules," and want to assist you accomplish your goals and get you out of their location, just as quickly as you do!

I needed to update some documents on my file today and had a hard time to do it online. Thanks to Laura, she walked me through it and took care of it all on the spot. Highly recommend this wonderful person. Thanks, Laura. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best experience ever! We needed to renew our passports. Everyone was polite and respectful from the moment we walked in. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

My only complaint is that there is nowhere to sign in if you have an appointment. You have to stand off to the side and hope you are noticed or interrupt an agent while they are helping someone, which makes me very uncomfortable. Speaking of the agent, she was polite, helpful and quick. I was out in a half hour. I had to leave and come back because I forgot something, came back 45 min before closing, managed to get the same agent, and was out in a half hour again even though it was busier.
